Launch Services
We will train your delivery team thoroughly in the FAST program version and edition that you have chosen. Our training covers all aspects of program delivery and management, and is guaranteed to provide successful FAST implementation.
Our training is conducted by skilled trainer professionals who have been immersed in FAST and have completed the entire trainer education and internship program. Training includes all manuals and curricula, as well as launch support by our certified trainers.
What you receive:
- 3 full days of on-site training for up to 10 team members and administrators
- FAST curriculum and program guides for each team member and administrator
- Central support for trainers and for your site by our customer service office located at our headquarters in Madison, WI
- Scheduled site visits and assessments to help you improve your delivery
- Team and site certification and licensing. Each trainee receives a graduate certificate
- Portal access for advanced resources
- Technical support for your site during the launch phase
- Our guarantee of training satisfaction and 1st cycle success
Our clients are channel partners. Once the FAST team at a site earns certification, they are licensed to conduct and deliver FAST programs at that site. Clients remain licensed as long as they are in good standing as channel partners. For a list of the terms involved in our channel licensing process, please contact a customer service representative. If anything should happen to change a client's certification status, our customer service team will work with them to make sure they retain good standing and can continue in partnership with us.
