Evaluation Services
One of the reasons our programs are so well managed is the fact that we measure the impact your local program has on each consumer participant. We are certain of our outcomes because we measure each one. We provide two confidential surveys (a "pre" and "post") for each family who has participated in a FAST semester (called a cycle) as well as an additional survey for a teacher or other support person. These forms allow us to measure the progress each family makes as they work through the program.
Once they are completed, these confidential surveys are returned to us and we compile an impact summary for your FAST cycle. We process them in three phases, including an external reviewer to assure the objectivity of your final report. These summary reports are used by teams to evaluate the quality of their delivery and by clients to demonstrate success with the program. These reports are invaluable for funders to see how well the program is working with respect to other programs and investments. We provide completed evaluation reports within eight weeks of receiving all completed surveys for your cycle.
All FAST cycles must be evaluated. This is a condition of our partnership agreement. We use the evaluation information to improve our own services and program features. We also use the information to prove to funders, government agencies, and research analysts that our programs are worthwhile.

Registration, Certification and Licensing Services
FAST copyrighted curriculum is distributed at no charge to our clients provided they maintain certification. Our licensing agreement allows you to deliver FAST to consumers. The license is compensated by a small licensing fee that helps repay our investment in product development.
In addition, in order to assure that all of our channel partner clients are in good standing, we use a registration and certification process, and we charge fees for this record keeping. Registration occurs at the beginning of each FAST training session. Certification occurs after successful team training.
